What is a Single PowerSite?

A Single PowerSite is a Website dedicated to showcasing a single property. Our user-friendly application allows you to easily create an exclusive customized Website that will add a new dimension to your marketing and move your listings! - All for less than the cost of a newspaper ad!

How Does it Work?
Simply register by clicking on the Register link . Then click the "Create New PowerSite" button, which takes you to the admin page and allows you to easily add detailed content and up to 100 photos of the property. Choose from our professionally designed templates, and you will be ready to "activate" your site. Just select a unique Website address (e.g. www.123mainst.com) pay using a credit card, and your PropertySite will be live in less than an hour!

What is Included?
The PowerSite includes the registration of a dedicated domain name of your choosing, Web hosting for 12 months, and unlimited changes to your WebSite. There are no monthly charges! Single PowerSites may be extended for longer than a year for a minimal fee. PowerSites purchased in discount packages are only applied when you activate a specific Single Property WebSite and do not expire until used.

Where Do I Start?
Contact your Webgrafix rep to complete the Registration Form. You will then be able to then create your first PowerSite. Remember, you pay nothing to create and preview a PowerSite - so it can be used in all of your pre-listing presentations. Free Syndication: Our new Lighthouse Marketing System offers free syndication to internet real estate portals so you can easily submit your Single PropertySites to these outlets, free of charge. Simply click to include your WebSite on Trulia, Oodle, Homescape, PropSmart, Vast, Local, and Google Base. Additionally, we automatically submit all WebSites to the Google and Yahoo! search engines. We also offer an HTML flyer for you to post on sites like Craigslist and eBay. Dramatically increase the visibility of all of your listings in no time!

Syndication Sources

Complete SEO customization: The WebSite system automatically creates effective page title, META description and META keyword text for you, but now you have the opportunity to edit and completely customize that text to increase the SEO of your PowerSite. By including important regional and industry-specific keywords, you can tailor the way you would like your WebSites to be found in major search engines like Google and Yahoo!

RSS Feeds: A new RSS Feeds screen lets you add a feed of your published PropertySites to your own Website. There are numerous benefits of doing this. A frequently updated feed will bring more traffic to your Website, help you achieve better placement in feed directories, and keep your clients and target audience instantly updated with new listing content. The RSS feed is automatically maintained and kept current so there is no need for you to do anything once the feed has been added. You also have the option of displaying an RSS feed in the footer area of your PropertySite. Once a search engine indexes one PropertySite, it will find and index your other published PropertySites.

PowerSite Showcase: Available from our tools menu within your account, this feature allows you to easily place an up-to-the-minute display of all of your PowerSites with thumbnail images on your own Website. You (or your Webmaster) can post the URL on your own site - one time- that will allow for a beautiful and current display of all of your PowerSites.
